A NOTE FROM THE FABULOUS EDITOR

Did you know that you're more likely to die if you get a gynaecological cancer than if you get breast cancer? Me neither. This and other statistics make for stark reading. Which is why, of all the projects I've worked on at Fabulous, our collaboration with women's health charity Wellbeing of Women (WoW) is the one that makes me most proud.

We've been overwhelmed by how quickly you and our celebrity friends have helped us raise money since we joined forces with WoW and produced our special issue back in July. We've raised over £100,000 from the sale of a New Look range alone – and we want to raise even more. So a huge thank you from me and the team, and here's to reaching the £500,000 target, which will help us fund vital research.

On September 27th we launched our latest initiative – the Heels That Heal campaign. We picked shoes as the theme because we know you love them as much as we do. Our special issue features 21 celebrities, including our gorgeous cover star Kelly Brook, who are all helping us raise awareness of the campaign by posing in some seriously sexy stilettos.
